OSOYOO PiStudio Case with 7-inch IPS DSI V4.0 Touch Screen: turn your Raspberry Pi into a complete all-in-one desktop workstation. The PiStudio Case, paired with the vibrant 7-inch IPS DSI V4.0 touchscreen, delivers a seamless visual and interactive experience for all your Raspberry Pi projects — stunning display quality, expansive viewing angles, and effortless integration for development, entertainment, education, or smart-home use. EU Patent No. 015063125-0001.

All-in-one desktop solution

  • 7-inch IPS DSI V4.0 touchscreen: vibrant display with 170° viewing angles (85° from all directions: up, down, left, right) for rich colours and clarity from almost any perspective.
  • Driver-free: the DSI touchscreen needs no driver — connect the DSI cable and it just works.
  • Front plate with camera hole: fits the Raspberry Pi V3 Camera (not compatible with Camera V1, V2, or the HQ Camera).
  • Cooling built in: door with fan included; a separate door is included for Raspberry Pi 5 with Active Cooler.
  • Adjustable-angle stand holder: set the viewing angle that suits your desk or presentation.
  • Wall-mounting holes: hang it on a wall for smart-home panels, educational displays, or interactive kiosks.
  • Full port access: HDMI, power, and USB ports and buttons on your Raspberry Pi remain easily accessible.

Compatibility

  • Raspberry Pi: B+, 2B, 3B, 3A+, 3B+, 4, and 5
  • Display: OSOYOO 7-inch IPS V4.0 DSI screen (included) and the official Raspberry Pi 7-inch DSI Display
  • Camera: Raspberry Pi V3 Camera only (not V1, V2, or HQ Camera)
  • Raspberry Pi 5 with Active Cooler: use the dedicated Active Cooler door and skip the fan installation steps

Product dimensions (from the tutorial's dimension diagram)

  • Case body: 222.6 × 115.9 mm (width × height)
  • Assembled unit with stand: 222.6 mm wide × 126.5 mm high × 90.5 mm deep; stand base 119 mm wide
  • Case depth: about 35.5–43.5 mm
  • Wall-mount keyhole spacing: 140.5 mm with the fan door, 116.1 mm with the Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler door — mark the screw positions on the wall using these spacings before hanging

Installation overview

  1. If you are using the case with the OSOYOO 7-inch IPS V4.0 DSI screen, remove the copper standoffs from the back of the screen.
  2. Insert the 15-pin 1 mm end of the DSI cable into the screen (metal contacts must face upward), then mount the display into the case and secure it with 4× M3×6 screws.
  3. Install the front plate and secure it with 4× M2.3×6 self-tapping screws from the back.
  4. Insert the CSI cable (approximately 15 cm) into the V3 camera, place the camera at the back of the front plate, and secure it with M2.3×6 self-tapping screws.
  5. Prepare a TF card with an OS image, insert it into the Raspberry Pi, then connect the DSI and CSI cables to the Raspberry Pi DSI and CSI ports.
  6. Mount the Raspberry Pi board in the case with 4× M2×6 screws.
  7. Install the fan on the door and connect the fan wires to the Raspberry Pi GPIO pins. Two door options are included — choose the correct door for your Raspberry Pi model. If you are using a Raspberry Pi 5 with an Active Cooler, skip the fan steps. Tip: start at low speed for quieter operation; if a temperature warning icon appears on the display, switch to high speed.
  8. Assemble the door — be careful not to pinch any cables — and secure it with M2.3×6 self-tapping screws.
  9. Attach the stand holder to the back of the case.
  10. To wall-mount: mark the screw positions on the wall using the dimensions in the installation guide, then hang the screen with the included expansion screws. Make sure the screws are firmly anchored in the wall before hanging the screen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
