Q: How long can we get our products after placing order?
A: It depending on the shipping method you selected and your location.
We provide 3 kind of shipping options:
USPS: If buyer is in USA and we have inventory in USA, then we provide USPS shipping option. Normally product will reach buyer within 5 to 10 business days.
China Post Airmail: If buyer is not in USA or we don't have inventory in USA, we provide China Post as an economical shipping option. China Post Airmail arrival time is not very accurate, in most cases, such parcel will reach USA,Canada and West Europe in about 30 days to 60 days.
DHL: If buyer wants fast shipment, we provide DHL as fast shipping option. DHL can reach Europe and North America in about 5 to 7 business days.
Q: Can I track my order shipment? What if my order is lost by shipping company?
A: Yes. We provide tracking number for every order. Once order is shipped, our system will email tracking number to buyer automatically.
If the tracking website shows the order tracking number has not been delivered within specific time (for China Post 60 business days, for USPS, 10 business days, For DHL 10 business days), then we will send you replacement product with new tracking number.
