Shipping Options:
For USA customers, normally we will use USPS to ship the goods from USA warehouse to buyer. If we don't have inventory in USA warehouse, we will ship the goods from our China factory to USA customer by China Post. In this case, you can only see China Post shipping options in check out page, no USPS shipping option.
If you select USPS option (if available), you will be charged US$7.5 flat shipping fee for each order. Normally you will get the product within 7 business days.
For customers in other countries, we provide multiple shipping choices including China Post, DHL and other similar courier services which are available to buyer's country.
Shipping fee and estimate arrival time will be showed in the shipping option section in the checkout page.
Processing Time Normally Takes 1-3 Business Days
Shipping time:
If you select China Post, order will be shipped from China and will arrive in destination in 30 to 60 business days.
If you select DHL, order will be shipped from China and will arrive in destination in 5 to 10 business days.
If you select USPS(if available), order will be shipped from USA FBA warehouse and will arrive in destination in 5 to 10 business days.
How to Track the shipment:
All of our orders are shipped with tracking number. Once shipment is effected, our system will email tracking number to buyer automatically. You can also login to your buyer dashboard to find the tracking number.

What if the order is lost by shipping company?
If the above mentioned tracking website shows the order tracking number has not been delivered within specific time (For China Post 60 business days; For USPS, 10 business days; For DHL 10 business days), please contact us and we will send you replacement product.
